- Violate LinkedIn’s terms of service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our software
- Use the platform for any illegal or harmful purpose
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. LinkedIn Disclaimer
Sales Sync is not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with LinkedIn. You are solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s terms of service. We are not responsible for any action LinkedIn may take on your account.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Sales Sync is a subscription-based service. When you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually)
- Charges are applied to your saved payment method unless cancelled in advance
- You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing details
We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
- No refunds will be issued for partial periods, unused time, accidental renewals, or failure to cancel on time
By subscribing, you accept and agree to this no-refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, features, and source code are the intellectual property of Sales Sync or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sales Sync is provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data, business, revenue, or reputation
- LinkedIn restrictions, account limitations, or policy enforcement
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your subscription through your account at any time, but charges already paid remain non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UK.
